Terms and Conditions

We aim to keep our terms and conditions as simple and straightforward as possible. We hope you also find them easy to understand. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that these do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PAYMENT

All prices are in £ sterling and are show the VAT breakdown if applicable*. Payment can be made by any major credit/debit card using Paypal. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We can accept payment by debit or credit card over the telephone if you prefer.

DELIVERY

At Nappy Go Lucky we offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive quickly. Please see here for individual postage costs.

If you require insurance then this is extra and can be selected from the drop down menu. Please contact us if you wish to order goods and send them overseas we are limited by the manufacturers on where we can send some products. Goods will only be delivered to the address matching the cardholder's delivery address details.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases you will receive delivery within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you believe your delivery is seriously overdue, please do not hesitate to contact us. We do carry a large variety of stock across our range and although we can't guarantee availability all of the time (manufacturer shortages), we do strive to achieve consistency in supply. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. as a guide. In the unlikely event that our product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

For all returns, you should contact us first to arrange this. In general, proof of posting should be obtained and produced as evidence of dispatch in the event of goods being lost in transit. Sometimes items should be returned direct to the manufacturers so please contact us first. We will not accept back in to stock items that have been washed unless they are faulty.

REFUNDS

All applicable refunds for returns - will be processed within 30 days from the date of product return. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the product in its original or delivered state unused (with any seals and shrink wrap intact). Please note, we will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty (see 'incorrect or faulty goods'). If you wish to return an item because you have simply changed your mind you have fourteen working days from the date that you received the product to contact us to re-arrange return of the product. We do offer a no quibble return policy, but please do contact us first so we are aware of the return.


INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

You, the customer, are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. In the unlikely event your order is received damaged, or is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and arrange to return it immediately.  Please retain the original packaging for returning your order, enclose a copy of your Nappy Go Lucky invoice (which is sent to you with the products) and details of the problem. We will arrange to repair or replace your order, as long as the product has been used as intended and does not, on examination, display any signs of misuse. If faulty, please enclose a letter stating the fault(s) and return the item to us. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you need to return the product due to an error on our part, we will exchange or refund the product for you. We will also refund any reasonable associated carriage costs.


COOLING OFF PERIOD

By law you have a fourteen day cooling off period which starts the day you receive your goods. In those fourteen days you must contact us to arrange returning them and obtain a proof of postage receipt when posted. If you do decide to return all or part of your order because you have simply changed your mind, the goods you wish to return must be unused, in their original condition and still in their packaging. Once we have received the goods back we will refund your item minus the associated postage costs. 


PRINTING AND PRICING ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at a wrong price either due to human error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If payment has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled we will immediately issue a full refund. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications at any time without prior notification, so please check before placing your order. Pictures and colours may vary from actual product.

 * nappies, wraps, boosters and liners are zero rated for VAT however wetbags, wipes etc carry the standard VAT rate.
